Chicken Mountain

As you  will see we speak about having fruit.

Fruit such as tangerines are nutritional to eat and also a source of vitamin C.

We also have chicken.

Chicken is a protein which is good for the body.

But also legumes are also protein and a great substitute for chicken and meat of any kind

Green vegetables gives life to the body.

We could use green bell peppers.

We could use green cabbage.

We could use chopped up red cabbage.

That is good for the body.

The Ten Commandments  John 3:16
23rd Psalm  The Golden Rule!  Sermon on the Mount

The Lord's Prayer
Matthew 6:9-13 - Luke 11:2-4

"Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever."      -- Amen.

--- Matthew 6:9-13 - KJV

["Our Father Who Art in Heaven....]

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

--- Matt 6:9-13 - Life Application Bible, NIV

1.The phrase "Our Father in heaven" indicates that God is not only majestic and holy, but also personal and loving. The first line of this model prayer is a Statement of praise and a commitment to hallow, or honor, God's holy name. We can honor God's name by being careful to use it respectfully. If we use God's name lightly, we aren't remembering God's holiness.

2. the phrase "Your kingdom come" is a reference to God's spiritual reign, not Israel's freedom from Rome. God's kingdom was announced in the covenant with Abraham, is present in Christ's reign in believers' hearts, and will be complete when all evil is destroyed and God establishes the new heaven and earth.

3. When we pray "Your will be done," we are not resigning ourselves to fate, but praying that God's perfect purpose will be accomplished in this world as well as the next.

4, When we pray "Give us today our daily bread," we are acknowledging that God is our sustainer and provider. It is a misconception to think that we provide for our needs ourselves. We must trust God daily to provide what he knows we need.

5, God doesn't lead us into temptations, but sometimes he allows us to be tested by them. As disciples, we should pray to be delivered from these trying times and for deliverance from Satan ("the evil one") and his deceit. All Christians struggle with temptation. Sometimes it is so subtle that we don't even realize what is happening to us. God has promised that he won't allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear. Ask God to help you recognize temptation and to give you strength to overcome it and choose God's way instead.

Father hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come.

Give us each day our daily bread.

Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.

And lead us not into temptation.

--- Luke 11:2-4 - Life Application Bible, NIV

1.Notice the order in this prayer. First Jesus praised God; then he made his requests. Praising God first puts us in the right frame of mind to tell him about our needs. Too often our prayers are more like shopping lists than conversations.

2. (Luke 11:2-13) These verses focus on three aspects of prayer: its content (2-4), our persistence (5-10), and God's faithfulness (11-13).

["Our Father Who Art in Heaven....]

Our Father in heaven,
we honor your holy name.
We ask that your kingdom will come now.
May your will be done here on earth,
just as it is in heaven.

Give us our food again today, as usual,
and forgive us our sins,
just as we have forgiven
those who have sinned against us.

Don't bring us into temptation,
but deliver us from the Evil One.

--- Matt. 6:9-13 - The Book (Tyndale House Publishers, Inc.)

["Our Father Who Art in Heaven....]

Father, may your name be honored
for its holiness;
send your Kingdom soon.

Give us our food day by day.
And forgive our sins --
for we have forgiven those
who sinned against us.

And don't allow us to be tempted.

--- Luke 11:2-4 - The Book (Tyndale House Publishers, Inc.)

Our Father in heaven,
Reveal who you are.
Set the world right;
Do what's best -- as above, so below.

Keep us alive with three square meals.
Keep us forgiven with you and forgiving others.
You're in charge!

You can do anything you want!
You're ablaze in beauty!
Yes. Yes. Yes.

Did you know that a tomato is a fruit?  I know you didn't know that but it is.

So when you are eating a tomato guess what vitamin benefits you receive?

The answer

excellent amount of vitamin C and beta-carotene; a very good amount of the mineral manganese; and a good amount of vitamin E. In terms of phytonutrients, tomatoes are basically off the chart, and include:

Hydroxycinnamic acids

caffeic acid
ferulic acid
coumaric acid
