Continuation of Adult Praise and Worship

The Bible said GOD inhabit the Praises of HIS people.

The Bible did not say HE inhabit the complaints and criticism of HIS people.

Many people get mixed up and think that they should enter into his gates with complaints and into HIS courts with criticism.

Let's see what the 100th Psalm said.

Psalm 100King James Version (KJV)

100 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

But GOD does not want us to do the opposite.  GOD wants us to do the scripture in Psalms 100.  Because GOD take great joy in obtaining Praises from HIS people.

GOD is a just GOD.  Not a barbarian.

GOD is real and a gentleman.

Haven't you noticed that the SON OF GOD took after HIS FATHER.  HE didn't force anyone to worship HIM.

When HIS own saw HIM coming they

rejected HIM.

Yet with the gentle mannerism Jesus has HE did not say a mumbling word.  HE just went to another town and the people in the other town accepted HIM.

Look at Cain and Abel.

Abel gave the best that he obtained.  GOD accepted it.

But when Cain gave what he obtained GOD rejected it.

But had Cain went back and found the best then GOD would have accepted it.

It wasn't as though GOD would never accept what Cain had Cain just would not try again he gave up and accepted the wrong attitude and saw the favor Abel was given.  So as a result Cain killed Abel.

But Cain messed up because he took things the wrong way as a result he had consequences to deal with.

Now look at Peter messed up and asked for forgiveness and lived but the other guy who betrayed him lied and sowed Jesus to the Romans his name was Judas.

Judas was so hard on his self that he thought Jesus Christ would never forgive him so he hung his self.

We have three scenerios yet three people who was accepted even though they messed up.

Yet one hung his self the other one wore a sign on his forehead that nobody was to do bodily harm to him even though he killed his brother.

Speaking of brothers, Esau and Jacob had a fight because Jacob not only obtained the birthright of the blessings but took all of the blessings to the point where Issac the father of Esau could not tell the difference if Jacob was Esau because Issac was blind and ill and could not tell the difference.

Esau on the other hand did not like that.

It appeared like Jacob was never going to be at peace with Esau but because Jacob was gone for a long time and finally was tricked in regards to marrying the older sister instead of the one he wanted he also had to work extra 7 years before he obtained the wife he wanted.

The older daughter wasn't ugly she was pretty but Jacob just was not interested in her.  There wasn't any chemistry between the two of them yet the oldest sister did everything that a wife was suppose to do still Jacob was not satisfied.  Like I said before there wasn't any chemistry between the two of them.  Yet the oldest daughter had children by Jacob.  But finally when he obtained the youngest daughter Jacob noticed that she could not have any children.

Now do you think acceptance played a part in it?   No and if you said no then you answered correctly.

Was GOD punishing The youngest wife?  Well it is hard to say because she did not have nothing to do with Jacob obtaining his brother's birthright or blessings.  Otherwise you would have noticed the youngest wife later on would never have had any children if that was the case.

But the bottom line is that once one finally repent then GOD can deal with you.  But when you still justified to give your worst then consequences will play a big part in life.

But once Jacob repented after fighting the angel of GOD then GOD could help him and the anger subsided.

So now you have a

repenting Jacob and his name was changed to Israel and he was accepted by his brother.

Peter was no longer  called Simon but the Rock Jesus Christ built HIS church on also Peter was given the keys.

Abel's first objects were accepted but he didn't live to obtain the blessing from the LORD.

Enoch pleased the LORD so much that he did not even die instead he walked into HEAVEN.

So that means that Enoch gave the best object to GOD too without any questions asked.

David made mistakes but he repented

Samson made mistakes but he repented.

Elijah did a great job but forgot that GOD could protect him from The queen Jezebel who was coming after him to kill him and feed him to the birds of the air.  But GOD said Elijah I am real did you forget how I showed the idol worshippers that I can throw fire from HEAVEN.  Since I can do that it will not be a problem about protecting you.

GOD protected Elijah and instead of Elijah being killed and being fed to the birds of the air, Jezabel was killed and the dog liked her blood.

See it is better to have a weight hung around your neck and thrown in the outter darkness of the sea than to mess with GOD's little ones.

Let us close with the Benediction

"I pray that the Lord will bless and protect you, and that he will show you mercy and kindness. May the Lord be good to you and give you peace."

Numbers 6:24-26, (CEV)

Amen

John 3:16-17King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.King James Version (KJV)

         The Sinners Prayer

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

Ephesians 2King James Version (KJV)

2 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
